Funerals
Firmly rooted in Christian faith, we can provide assistance and comfort to you during the difficult period following the death of a loved one.
Has someone just died?
Contact The Reverend Kim McArthur. She or another staff member will meet with you to provide grief support and begin the preparation for a funeral service. You may choose between a traditional funeral service, a more contemporary service, or a memorial service. All follow a basic Anglican liturgy but you will be able to personalize it with readings, music and a time of thanksgiving. There is ample space available at St. Andrew for a reception following the service.

Pastoral Care
One of our Pastoral Care Ministry Team Members will be available to meet with you for personal support as you grieve. We offer help from a Christian perspective, and also will make referrals if necessary to grief counsellors or support groups.

Memorial Service
On All Saints Sunday, always the first Sunday of November we hold a beautiful Service at 10am to remember your dearly departed loved one(s). We ask that you contact us a month in advance with your loved one's name and who from your family will come forward during the Service to light a candle in their memory.
Would you like to pre-plan a funeral?
This can be done years in advance or in the final weeks of life. It allows you to communicate clearly with your family and loved ones around your preferences for music, readings, participation in the service, reception and designated gifts.
For more information contact Reverend Kim McArthur, Parish Priest.
